Description. nC-B class nanoCLAMP P2808 against S. cerevisiae SMT3 on 6% cross-linked agarose beads. In solution, nanoCLAMP P2808 binds to SMT3 with a Kd of 7 nM, is resistant to digestion with 0.1 mg/ml trypsin, and has a Tm of 73°C.
Binding capacity. >10 mg (235 nmol) SUMO-GFP fusion per ml resin.
Chemical resistance. Retains 100% of binding activity after >20 cycles with 10 min. contact time with 0.1 M NaOH or after 2 hr. in 100% DMF.
